Refund policy

Due to the collectable nature of our product, we accept no returns, unless there is a problem with the quality of the product, i.e. damages, wrong items, etc.  If there is an issue with the order, we will either replace the damaged / wrong items, or will issue a refund, at our discretion.  

To report a problem, you can contact us at store@comicsandcards.net. Please note that if asked to return items, returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7131 Winnetka Ave, Winnetka, CA 91306.  Please do NOT return items unless asked to do so.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please email us at store@comicsandcards.net.
