Subscription Service Preview

To access our Subscription Service, a subscriber clicks on the Subscriber Log-in link on our website and picks their store (Canoga Park or Pasadena):

This is the Subscription Service Log-in page. Once you sign up for our service by filling out the CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT, and either emailing it to us, or bringing it with you to the store, you will get an email from us, which will have a link that leads you to a page where you create your password and log in for the first time.

When you log in, you will see a control panel on the left that shows you the 3 latest weeks of new products (by Monday of the date of release), Preorders  (FOC pre-orders, more on that below), as well as My Account pages and store rules. 

Below is the main "NEW COMICS" interface.  You have a lot of sort options by category, publisher and so much more.  You can even choose to see all #1 issues on top of the search.  This list includes everything coming out that week, not just comics.  Graphic Novels, supplies, games, our exclusive pre-orders and Signature Series items, everything coming out that week can be ordered from this screen. 

 

All new comics are shown with every available cover, including all variants (and ratio variants, priced accordingly, using ebay as a guide and pricing them lower than that).  Each comic book can be Subscribed to (Pull until you stop, every issue as they come out) or Special Ordered (just pull this specific issue without further commitment) 

When you click on any cover, it opens up the window with cover image, description, creators involved, as well as a cover gallery for that specific cover (Cover A, Cover B) for the duration of the series, as long as the info is available from the publisher.   

If you click on Subscribe a window pops up with all the options including quantity, when you would like to start AND stop your subscription.  This way if you want to sub to a title for a crossover with a book you already collect, it's super easy and you don't need to worry about dropping it later. 

If you click on Special Order, it lets you order that book for that specific issue only. 

This is the My Subscriptions main screen which shows  your current, old and unsubscribed books, as well as a link to subscribe to other titles from search.

You can click on Subscribed to edit your subscription including unsubscribe from that title 

Preorders is the most important part of our system. It allows you to order anything that a comic shop like ours is ABLE to order, 3 weeks (or more) in advance, guaranteed, without worrying about whether we will order that item for the store or not.  All items you order through this interface will be special-ordered for you specifically in addition to the store stock.
