Tony Fleecs can make dogs and cats sell million of comics, by making those comics WEIRD and CREEPY. Tone Rodriguez makes him (and the artist Trish) look good. They have been friends for DECADES and by the time this event happens, will have spent MONTHS driving from comic book store to comic book store, all over the US. So, that friendship is on the rocks by then, right? Well it’s our job to fix it and it won’t happen if you don’t come in and show them some love. This is Homecoming. Tone did the SECOND signing EVER at Collector’s Paradise for Violent Messiahs in 2000 (YES, 24 years ago). That’s how long we have known each other. And Tony Fleecs has done so many FCBD events and school visits with us, he’s practically an employee. Even was one for a day earlier this year, there is proof RIGHT HERE. So it is fitting that we were chosen to close this thing out, and do comic book therapy at the same time.
