Collector's Paradise is proud to be an officially approved Vendor for the Los Angeles Public Library system. We are very active in the Library community locally, donating many comic books and graphic novels to the 10 local branches, sponsoring the Summer Reading Program at many branches and doing direct sales to the Young Adult Librarians.  Just this year, we have organized several special giveaways to the LA Libraries that numbered in several thousand free comics for library patrons.

Here is one of our Library Projects. Click on the thumbnails to see full size images. First two images show the graphic novel section at the Woodland Hills Public Library, before and after our help. Our involvement included updating the titles and re-positioning by groups, plus a "featured" section. The rest are close ups on specific sections and signage used in them to help the reader locate the proper area of interest.

Our commitment to libraries is not limited to the LA Public Libraries. We can provide the same level of service and professionalism to any other city, state or private library system. We can help librarians develop comic (graphic novel) collections that are specific to their age group and community needs.

We also work and want to expand our commitment to any public or private schools who are interested in setting up a graphic novel program.  Children love comics and we strongly feel that comics and graphic novels are a great gateway into the world of literature.
